That's really frustrating. Are you still facing this problem?
At the moment if you've got more than one account they would need to be registered on separate email addresses. If you contact the team and have your account updated with an alternative email you'll be able to get registered.

Yes, I just tried to re register now but I am getting the same problem.
Is Three working on resolving these issues? As many if not all customers are facing this problem.
