I closed my Three account in May 2024. I returned to Three in August 2024 and now I’m unable to register my account in the app using my old email address. Oh no, that's not so good. It sounds like your accounts might need to be merged together in order to work round that problem. If you head through to the Support Team, and request for them to merge the old account and the new account, they should be able to get that done for you. Then you can re-register My3, and should be able to access the right account.
