Hi,
I ordered a PAY MONTHLY SIM recently and it just arrived. What is the procedure to switch from my existing PAYG number to the PAY monthly plan?
Customer care has been useless.

I'm having this same problem.
Online chat said they can't do it so I'm on the verge of cancelling my new contract within it's 2 weeks grace because of this issue I need my current number. Can you help please?

Hi @Mgnhrt,
Sorry there's not currently an option to move directly from Three PAYG to Pay Monthly at the moment. Some community members do discuss a workaround here though.
The original post was about moving from Pay Monthly to PAYG but it should work the same.

I think that it is straightforward, but not 100% sure. Ask for a PAC code for your PAYG and then complete the online transfer request. You may loose any payg credit.
