Why has three registered this on my credit file when I have not missed a payment? Has this happened to others?

I left 3, 3 months ago and I am now getting paper bills. Don't know why but they are for £0. I have just checked my credit file and I do not have any missed payments.

Yep! Happened to me - have raised a case with Ombudsman !

Please contact Customer Service team to look into this further. It has not happend to me as far as I’m aware!
