I would like to change the ownership of the Three account from my brother to myself. The first time I spoke to Three support about this, I was told that this was not possible for some reason. However, when I spoke to a different person when I called for a second time, I was told that this was possible, however the process would require me to be mailed a new sim card. I was wondering whether it is in fact possible to change the ownership of the account, keep the same number and avoid having to have a new sim card mailed. Thank you.
