Complain about sim card

This is to inform Three Company that I have 3 sim cards, one for me and the other 2 for my kids, one sim comoing with a high bill for the past 3 months without any reason and aganist the agreement with Three Company.

I have visted the Company one month ago and I talked to person there but no action till now  today the bill increased again and charge us 45 pound.

I need your support on this issue.

I'm sorry to hear that your bill has been higher than expected. Have you been able to view your bill to find out what the extra charges were for? Have you spoken to customer services about this, if so what did they advise?
