Hi , I received a message from three saying the adult content had been turned off on my account and I had not changed this , I then received one saying my spend cap had been changed to unlimited and I had not changed this either
Is this anything to be concerned by

I would be worried about Scammers, they are so sophisticated, the email might look like a genuine 3 txt.
They know your number is a 3 contract.
Beware if you now receive a call stating they are from 3, they might state something like you have been hacked, or their is a problem with your payment plan, or your payment plan price has been reduced.
They will attempt to receive your banking details, if you give them this your account will be emptied.

Any changes to your account not made by you is a clear cause for concern. Follow MZone’s advice and change your password but I would also call customer service to ensure no other unsolicited changes have been made to your account.

A few people are reporting SMS’s from Three so maybe an anomaly. If in doubt change your account password.
