The 2 years contract has finished and they are charging money on the account. The contract expired in August.

Hey @Odutola,
If you exceed the contract term it continues as a rolling monthly plan. If you get in touch, the team can help by taking notice, upgrade, or if you prefer, change your plan to a SIM only if this is cheaper whilst you decide what to do next.

Are you still using your phone or have you left 3? If you are still using your phone the you will still be charged for using it. If you have left 3 did you tell them? If you left and did not take your number then you need to request a stac code.

This also happened to me and I got a code upon changing. Three continued charging me for the handset two months after contract ending. I have complained and they are undertaking an investigation which will take 30 days. I will never take out another contract with Three.
