Couldn’t log in to my account after porting the number over

I was with 3 last year then 7 months ago I switched to Lebara. I wanted to switch back to 3 so I bought a new sim, registered for the app with the new sim number and new email address, then requested the switch. The switch was done this morning and I could still log into the app at that time. However this afternoon it logged me out and I couldn’t log back in. I tried to log in again by using the new email address but it says the details aren’t quite right. I chatted with your live chat advisor and they said I need a new email address as whenever the phone number is switched over I will need a new email to register with. So I created a new email address and they tried to re register for me. It still didn’t work. I then tried to use the old email address which I used last year, it let me enter the password but even though I’m sure the password is right, the app is still saying ‘those details aren’t quite right’. So I pressed forgot password to reset it. The reset email was then sent to my new email address that I just created! What a mess. Nonetheless, I reset the password, confirmed it, and the page brought me back to ‘enter you phone number’. So I did, then entered my email, and entered my new password. It’s still saying ‘those details aren’t quite right’ THE DETAILS ARE RIGHT! I don’t know what is happening but I need to log in to my account. Same thing is happening for my dad who is also switching back to three from Lebara. We both could still log in to the account before the switch but we couldn’t anymore after the switch was done.

Welcome to the club. I do not know the solution to your problem but lots of people have posted the same issue. Give the community a search and if still stuck contact a moderator.  Their comments are all over the place and just click on their name.
