Data pack and three messages

I have had text messages to say that my data pack has run out but on the three app it says it expires on the 13th of September but then my data has stopped working and I can’t buy another data pack because it says I already have on active!!

Hey @ellaov,

Sorry for the delay in your post being picked up. You can only have one Data Pack at a time, but you can add a Data Boost add on in the interim whilst waiting for your current pack to expire. Here's more info on the options. The page I've linked opens on the Pay Monthly tab, but you'll see a PAYG tab on there too.
