Your data will always renew on the same date regardless of paying this early.
If you need more data we'd suggest to check out My3 on a browser or the Three app, and look for Add Ons, or if you think you may need extra data more regularly you can also discuss changing your plan. If you're increasing your overall data you'll normally be able to do this even if your plan isn't ready for an upgrade yet.
