Hello there
I am reaching out on this public platform to seek a resolution to my ongoing dispute regarding roaming charges that were incorrectly applied to my account. My contract, which began before 1st October 2021, should not be subjected to these charges according to the terms active at the time of contract renewal.
Despite providing clear evidence (including emails and SMS records from September 2021 that confirm the renewal date), I was informed via email on 4th June that my query had been resolved. However, upon contacting your support team by phone, I was told that my complaint was not accepted, with no further details provided.
This situation is particularly frustrating as all documentation supports my claim, and yet my efforts to resolve this have been dismissed without a proper review.
Could you please look into this matter with the seriousness it warrants? I am hopeful for a resolution that acknowledges the evidence provided.
