The bill history in the app is limited to the past 12 months, but if an older bill needs to be retrieved for some reason, it's just a case of getting in touch. We can email or post a copy bill out on request.

What is the email for this request? The customer support over the phone is horrendous. 1.5 hours on the phone and still not got my statements or solved my problems.

If you're looking for recent bills, you can find those on My3, and those can be downloaded as PDF's.
If you're looking for an older bill that isn't on there, the request would need to be made with the support team on the phone or by chat. There is currently no way to raise the request by email.
