God awful service, tried via CHAT to upgrade the phones we have, halfway through the chat it goes blank ,can't type anything, then the chat screen goes off.
Tried calling and talking to a real person, wherever they are based, like talking to a brick wall, we have 3 x Three phones on contract that are due for upgrade, can anyone help/ let me know how to get this done without all the hassle, I had a text from Three, say that as I've not been in touch !!!! Hello been trying for weeks, that they will switched one of the phones to a Sim monthly plan ,no I want to upgrade,HELP

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble while processing an upgrade on your account.
Regarding alternative options to process an upgrade, you can do this by logging into your account via the My3 app or online.
We do also have a dedicated Retentions Chat team who will be able to assist you.
