Put In a complaint a week ago had no response trying to talk to someone is like pulling teeth! 

I switched my number end of July and had no services for Well over  a week and customer services to tell me to just wait! 

I'm now trying to sort out my direct debit and can't talk to anyone yet again as all live chats are busy (3days) and no option on 333! 

Fed up in a understatement
