Hello there.
Welcome to the Three Community.
There are different offers and features available, and it's possible that there's a different due to the features on your plan, such as data amount, duration of the plan, or roaming options. When some one asks for the cheapest plan, I imagine there's more to it than the agent just picking the lowest possible cost, they have your needs to take into account.
A Pay as You Go SIM would technically be the cheapest, as it would cost nothing most of the time, needing only a small top up every few months, but having zero allowance doesn't work for most people and a different plan would normally be chosen.
If your plan and the plan you've seen are identical though, it could be that the offer differs in some other way, or it could be that the offer wasn't available at the time you took it. In that case, you can always change or cancel your existing offer as long as it's less than 14 days old. If you'd like to ask about the plan you have, or if it's less than the 14 days old, you can speak to the Support Team and get details on what's going on, and what the options are.
Pete.
