I'm so hoping someone can help with some advice I suffer from a Personality Disorder called BPD I also suffer from a heart condition, as well as being a carer for my wife who has Relapsing Remitting MS, so desperately need to get this sorted.
Three made it extremely hard to return my upgraded phone to the point it seemed very sceptical, Customer Services had lied to me as well as Online complaints, but eventually it was sorted. took 7 days of constant calls and going online. So I thought the matter was closed, I've just had an email saying my next bill will be £37.00 which threw me off as the new contract was £16 a month Sim Only, I had paid £135 upfront cost for the phone and understand this will be returned after 28 days, but it's sat as a Credit on the account so the bill comes out and it drops to £119 Credit, the monthly bill is paid and it goes back up to £135.
Then I get this email which outlays the charges which are as follows Since your last bill

am I correct their charging me VAT for the Phone???????
This is my online Bill of which I just don't understand it's as follows can anyone help me understand with what's going on as at present I've lost my £135 of which I desperately need back.
