Without additional information, it's quite difficult to help you.
Are you talking about additional charges you have not made? Double billing on direct debit? Repeated Debit/credit card charges?
It sounds like you should be shopping around for a new provider and thoroughly investigate what had happened, open a complaint and go through the ombudsman if necessary (challenging incorrect billing should be easy but apparently three has been making it extra difficult for some individuals lately)
