Hi,
I just wanted to check if this is an issue—my plan only has one data add-on option available now. I called customer support, and they told me that the only choice I have is the £25 unlimited data for a month.
I used to have other options, so what happened? I find this really unfair, especially since I only have 8 days left until my data refreshes.
Is there anything you can do to fix this?
