Go roam passes

Do the 7 and 14 Day Go Roam Passes have to be used over consecutive days, in other words during a single period of time overseas? Or is it possible to use it over several shorter trips?

As soon as you use any allowance in a go roam area the pass activates for the relevant amount of consecutive days.
