How do I make a complaint to 3

I have been with 3 network for 11 years. Last December I decided to upgrade my fone and contract. In the 3 store they offer me a new fone and free tablet, not what I wanted but he said it's all we can offer you. Told it would be £32 a month, but it turned out to be £33 per month. Now they are increasing that charge by 14.4%. Utterly ridiculous at three months into a new contract. 

For a communication company they don't have ways for customers to communicate with them.

Unfortunately we are all being screwed with RPI + more. It's in the contract and we signed up to it. However, 3 owned Smarty promise no in contract price increases and roaming. The only way to complain is to change provider to one that is not part of 3.
