Hi when logging into my 3account, an authentication text is sent to the mobile phone of that account. However my son has the phone, I manage (and pay the account). Therefore would be more convenient for authentication texts to be sent to my own mobile number. We have just moved from Vodafone and this was possible with them. Does anyone know if this is possible with Three? Thanks

This should be something that can be arranged. If you are looking to manage both numbers under a single log in however, it would be best to request that the support team merge both your lines into one single account. Then you will see both phone lines within the My3 app whenever you sign in.
