I can't log into my3 account after the update when previously I've managed to fine. Normally get a text with a code to verify who I am when I log in

Hitting again, after successfully topping up via APP, I received a message: Payment on <>'s gone through successfully. The app crashed with 401 and kept crashing on every attempt. My mobile looks like having no balance. Simply Money gone from my card and never hit balance on my phone.
P.S. After a Major update, I reregistered.

We received a few reports of 401 errors this afternoon, but that issue seems to be resolved now. Are you able to log in to My3 again now?

I am still getting 401 trying to log into my 3 from both my computer and my phone.

I hate three with a passion, they have done this upgrade and not thought it through, i have 4 accounts with them they are now telling me i can only register one account which i have and the other three accounts i cant register due to a conflict with the email address.

Hi @Han,
Were you contacted to advise that you would be affected by the system upgrades over the weekend? If so, you need to re-register for My3. This will be a one off, and then you'll be able to log in and manage your account as normal afterwards.

Sadly, this doesn't work for me at least - the register button crashes the site and ends up on https://www.three.co.uk/error-page/401/globalErrorCode

I'm sorry for any disruption this has been causing. We've identified an issue that was preventing some customers from registering and this was fixed earlier this afternoon. Are you still receiving the same error now?
