I can’t register/sign in to My3

My bill is due but I can’t sign into my three account it asks me to register then says it encountered and error, I now don’t have any services and no way to pay my bill.

Hi, don't worry if you have a direct debit as three will take it automatically. If you do need to pay call customer services on 333 and there is a pay your bill option.
