I have only received £163.00 refund instead of £283

I signed up for new contract on 11/02/25

I was meant to get a promotional offer of £240 plus £43. 00 trade in.

I have only received £163 ... a shortfall of £120.00

Hi @Gribbs,

I'm sorry to hear that your Trade in value was different from what you were expecting. If there's a change from what is initially quoted after the device is received, the trade in team would usually send you a message so that you can decide whether to go ahead with the refund? Have you been in touch with the trade in team to discuss this?
