I'm new to 3 and have topped up several times why can't I put my data pack on

  • I'm a new customer to 3 network and since purchasing a pay as you go sim card in January have topped up several times through voucher and card yet every time I do I cannot get any data packs so I'm getting charged their (3)prices for each call /text/and data usage please help

Hello @Eddyc,

That doesn't sound right. 

What happens when you try to purchase a Data Pack with your account credit?

Do you see an error message of some sort?

If you're signed in and try to purchase a Data Pack here, it may appear as a new SIM purchase in the basket, but it will actually apply correctly to your account SIM.
