Our daily add ons aren't recurring, so I'm not aware of anything you could apply to your account to charge you £12 each day.
Where are you seeing info that suggests that you're being charged this, if your Three App or My3 account online isn't showing any add ons? Keen to help, but not sure I understand what you mean fully.
