I am having issues with having my IMEI blacklisted.
Nearly a month ago, I went into my local branch of three and explained that my phone had been stolen (I didnt buy the phone at three but they have been my provider for the last two years). They subsequently cancelled and issued me with a new sim card and said they would blacklist the IMEI. I have been trying to get evidence of this for my insurance however I haven't been able to get a response (call or by email). I spoke to a customer service rep on a three chat who said that the IMEI had in fact not been blacklisted and I needed to email the appropriate email address (proofs@3mail.com). I have now done this but my insurance is getting frustrated at the delay in getting documentation around this.
Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it relatively quickly?

Can someone from 3 please URGENTLY respond? It’s been over a month of me trying to sort this and I really need assistance.
