Incorrect missed payments showing on my credit report

hello, i had been assured that these problems have been corrected however i am still receiving bill from Three for an account that should not exist, and missed payments are still showing up on my credit report (August and September 2023) can you please get this fixed ASAP.

I'm really sorry to hear this issue wasn't addressed. I see from when you were in touch before that my colleague John sent you a PM. This should have a link to contact an escalated support team that will help make sure any issues with your billing and credit are addressed. Did you contact them previously, if so what happened?

As we're speaking on a public forum, I won't be able to disclose details from, or access your Three account.

You need to either contact customer services on 333 or pm a moderator. Only customer services can access your account, please do not include details here, as the community is made up of 3's customers. Also, send a request to the main credit report companies to remove the erroneous information.
