Has anyone had any bother getting in invoice number required to claim the samsung macbook. I've been in contact with customer service chat 5 times and each time I was told they would get it sorted and an email would be sent to him. They said it was send but never received the email, this is from last week. Was told it could be my Gmail email so got another email registered and I'm still not receiving it

Hey @Ellesmere44 - how did you get on with this? Have you been able to submit your claim for the Chromebook since posting?
If not, are you able to progress with the claim if you enter your Three account number into the Invoice number space in the form? Was your qualifying purchase (ie. your new Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+, S22 Ultra, or S21 FE) an upgrade or a brand new contract?

Have you tried checking your junk/spam box on your emails incase it’s gone onto there?
