Keep my number

My contact ends on the 24th August I have got a new contact with 3 but I want to keep this number I have had it 20 years, if it can’t be put on to my new contract, can it please be sent to me as a 3 pay as you go sim hope to here back very soon, I don’t want to lose my number so much help needed thank

Unfortunately, there isn't a standard process of transferring numbers between Three sims, as to keep your number it's advised to upgrade your contract rather than taking a new one out with us. Did you do this online or by speaking with one of our team? 

20 years is a long time to have the same number so I can see why you want to keep it! 😯 If you can check your private messages, I have sent you some more information.
