Can I check what browser you're currently using? and any other browser you're having the same issue with, please?
Are you able to use a mobile device and attempt to connect? Any screenshots of error messages would be really helpful if you're able to provide this.

That's frustrating. Are you on mobile data or Wi-Fi when attempting to open the chat?
Could you try clearing your cookies and cache and let me know if this makes a difference, please?

Every time I click on the live chat nothing happens

Hello.
Live chat looks to be working normally. I'd recommend trying a different browser, and it might be worth ensuring you don't have any blockers on your browser that might block the chat from popping up.
When you click the option to chat, it should pop up on the bottom left, within around 15 seconds or so.
