No I can’t say I’ve ever not received the verification code. You’ve obviously tried resending the code and to be honest other than that I’ve no idea (which is totally unhelpful).So all I can suggest is you contact customer service. Tell them you can’t receive a code for some reason and you can be verified by them asking you security questions. I know that’s possible because I’ve had to do it myself a while ago,when I was sent an eSIM which failed to install but it cancelled my physical sim leaving me with no service. So I had to call them from a different phone. Don’t take no for an answer it can be done. Once you’re verified they can look into your issue.
By the way it’s a four digit code not a six!
