Three have been a pain for months in sorting out my account. I wasn’t getting anywhere and getting fed up with the amount of letters being received by them.
Manoj from the complaints team managed to do what everyone else couldn’t in less than 15 mins. Consider your self blessed if you come across him. 10/10 service from him. 1/10 service from three.
