I swapped from o2 to three 3 months ago in August. At the time I asked can I use this in Florida etc. I purchased a sim only And a router for the caravan I could caring back and forth to home.
I popped in today to double check My needs and what I wanted was right at a different shop to be told I would have to pay.
I specifically asked the girl in Dunfermline if I had the use of my phone abroad and she confirmed YES.
She did not tell me I would have to pay extra. I feel I have been conned as my o2 sim allowed me the exact same bundle as if I was at home.
I'm on holiday tomorrow then again in April. Any advice from anyone. I think its wrong and if I hadn't popped into Kirkcaldy I would have had an 7nexpected bill. Salesxstaff should be transparent.
