I am abroad, and have been spending £1.67 per day to unlock GoRoam (in Madrid).
Today I received a text saying I have reached my 12GB Roaming Data cap. My plan is unlimited data. I have been aboard for 2 days, and have categorically used nowhere near 12GB of data. As I’m still abroad, I wish to continue using data, but not at the suggested surcharge of £0.17 per MB. Can someone look into my account and restate the amount of data that has been used abroad?
In the event I’m charged extra outside of the fee to unlock roaming each day (£1.67), I will not be paying it. Your systems need to be better and I am inclined to leave the network given there is more hassle than benefit.
