Hello just wondering if anyone could offer some help, I currently have a pay monthly account which has reached the end of its contract and a new pay monthly contract (with a different number) which I am unable to access as when i try to log in I am redirected my old account. Would closing the account (changing a pay as you go account) let me access the new contract.

I think that needs a call to Customer Services on 333. 

You will appreciate that this is a customer to customer forum so we cannot access your account.
