Hi,
Have anyone had really bad experience with three. I had very bad experience from Feb 24 and nothing is resolved till date. Do you go to Ombudsman to report?

I'm sorry to hear this. If you've raised a complaint with Three and it hasn't been resolved with an outcome we can mutually agree to, then you would receive information on how you can approach the Ombudsman. Please let us know a bit more about your experience and we may be able to provide more help or advice?

Yep…. Lot here - go to Ombudsman - as no cost - and they seem to get to a resolution.
