My SIM going to be expired, pls advise how to check the actual expiry date. Whats the renewal plan?

I would like to know the renewal plan and when should the plan be discussed prior to the expiry date of the 3 SIM

I assume that you have an android sim only contract. Log into my3 and click on price plan change and it will show when your contract will expire. Some of your options are:

  1. If you contract was taken out before 1st October 2021 you are still eligible for free roaming. If this is important then do nothing as the contract will continue as it is. As soon as you upgrade you will lose free roaming.
  2. If free roaming is not an issue check out what packages are available and if they are cheaper, or better, than your current one call 333.
  3. If you have a handset and sim contract you are paying for the handset and your calls and data. When the contract ends, and you do nothing, you will still be paying for the handset even though you have paid for it.
