Hi I need help my contract finished in August which I paid and just had my bill come through and it’s still saying the same amount when I don’t need to pay that amount again as my contract should be finished what do I do 

and do I need to cancel my contract otherwise I’m going to get charged for the full amount when my contract is over

Sorry for any confusion here, plans roll over at the same rate if you don't arrange to renew or cancel them. All Pay Monthly plans have a minimum term, we wouldn't cut you off or change the agreement without this being discussed.
