Network Issues MK17

I’ve had persistent network issues in the MK17 area for over a month. I get poor signal and little to no data bandwidth and no 4g or 5G signal. 

I’ve tried to report the issues via live chat, but I get mysteriously cut off once the operative has confirmed my issue! I want to know when the issue will be fixed and what compensation Three are offering while I’m not getting the service I’ve paid for in my home area. 

Any ideas how I can resolve this?

I had this problem twice before 3 admitted that they may not fix the problem.  First time I got 7 days compensation and the second 20% off for the duration of my contract. I did this via the social media team.
