New payg invalid details

I activated my payg sim yesterday. I have been unable to sign in either in the app or online. I keep getting 'Those details aren’t quite right. Have another go.' The details are correct. I can change my password & receive the email link.

I have topped up anonymously but really need to be able to log in as I want to transfer my old number to 3.

I've managed to sort this myself after changing my password several times. The final password change worked because (I believe) I only used letters and numbers. So, if you re having the same problem, don't use any characters like @ $ ! * & etc.

I tried this, and still can’t log in. Keep on getting the same error again and again.
