Switching from GiffGaff to Three, first of all, the SMS with my number doesn't come through when I put the SIM in, and I have to speak through live chat, then I go to create my account and it won't send me the verification code! What a way to welcome a new user!
I dial 333, hoping to speak to a human and there's literally no option to! All I can do is make a complaint! This is a great start, only switching to have a stable signal in the Scottish Highlands, where O2 can't quite get it. I'm thinking I should have switched to EE at this rate...
Whatever is going on with SMS, it's not great. Back to online chat again. If only there was a human to speak too...

Three are doing a system upgrade and are incapable of doing this in the background. I received this text:
Hello. We’ll be doing an essential system update between Thursday 3 and Sunday 6 August.
Your phone won’t be affected over this weekend, and you’ll still be able to call, text and use data as usual.
However, during this update, you’ll have limited access to Three app and My3.
