Was told to wait 3-5 hours for the e sign document to come through after upgrading today and still nothing!! After all the horror stories I am reading about on here and no e sign documents and failed credit checks because of this issue that three have I am now seriously worried!! I have complained via the complaints page and if I have heard nothing by the morning I will be emailing the CEO as someone else advised in previous posts. It seems the only way you are able to get it resolved!! Appalling service after so long being a three customer. Certainly won’t be renewing again if this order doesn’t go through.
