We can not get a signal in the house since 2 days. Is there an issue locally in the Stroud area?

Thank you so much for picking this up, we have checked the service. The service in our area is marked as excellent, the signal also shows full coverage, but we can not get the phone to work as a telephone.

Hi @Plumela,
I'm sorry to hear about these issues. When you had a look on the Coverage Checker, did you also have a look at the Network Status tab on that page to see if we're working on any issues? Also is there any info on the coverage page to advise if we've switched off 3G in the area and if so, does that date seem to match up with when the issue started?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Turn on WiFi calling ( connect to WiFi ) is best for indoors.

Why don't you bother to check the NETWORK COVERAGE page?โ
