No tracking ID after sending proof of purchase

Hi

My phone was replaced last year by insurance company and now few days back I lost my phone. I have been asked to mail my proof of purchase that I received from my insurance company to proofs@contact.three.co.uk. I have already done that multiple times and under no mail have I received my tracking ID. Customer service has told in order to check progress, they need the tracking ID. 

My first mail was on 30th September. This is the message that I keep getting every time.
