Had nothing but issues since joining three , firstly I could only log into the app and not the website, and the response I got from customer services was if you can use the app you don’t need the site.

 

then a few days later I could no longer log into the app , after a lot of messing around deleting remaking accounts etc with a customer service representative on the phone , we finally got back in using a different email address , and now I find that I can’t manage anything because somehow I am not the account owner of MY account …. Have to say I expected way more from three and I’m utterly and completely disappointed in the service so far.  

last contact I had I was told it would be escalated and they will be in touch …. This was 3 or 4 days ago now .

I have the same problem today  too at the moment cant top up etc "only account users can manage this feature" on my 3 app and website has there been a solution for this yet

Thanks quite strange. I'm not sure what would have been causing that, but it does sound like a deeper investigation would be needed in order to get an understanding into why you're account is not working as expected. 

I hope your hear back from the team in the coming week with a solution.
