Online account not working

Is anyone else having trouble getting on to your account I have been trying to pay my bill now for a week but everytime I try and go to my account it comes up with 'error, we're trying to fix this, please try again later' I'm so frustrated, I will have to call in the morning as I have now been cut off, I have updated the app and have also tried online but it's still doing the same

Could you clear your cookies and cache, as well as browsing history and try again, please?
