Ordered my upgrade 2 weeks ago and was told to expect the delivery for tomorrow but I haven’t had any tracking number or further info sent to me. I’ve tried to contact three customer service multiple times to no avail - seems as though operators are NEVER available. Anyone had the same experience? if so when did you actually end up receiving your new phone? I’m left with no information and really need the day off to be there for when the phones delivered 😞

You'll receive a notification from DPD on the day of delivery, with a tracking ID as well as an expected delivery window. Please note this can take up to 2 pm to arrive if your delivery is scheduled for a later delivery window.
