Hi I placed an order for an upgrade on 17/9/24 for delivery on 3/10/24. I received all the e-sign email and completed them and received an order confirmation on 18/9/24. Since that date I haven’t received any tracking details with the delivery due tomorrow (3/10/24). I can’t get past the auto live chat and unable to get through to customer services due to the lengthy time delay. Has anyone had similar and how did you manage to resolve the issue?
